Wrapping Machine for ECOTAPE
Manual wrapping machine for applying the ECOTAPE coating systems. Modular design to apply corrosion and/or mechanical protection coating tapes in pipes of several diameters, from 4” (DN100). It is possible to adjust overlap and tape’s tension to make easier a correct application.

Cold Applied Anti Corrosion Protection
Petrolatum Moulding for corrosion protection of buried and submerged pipes, piping installations (fittings, bends, tees, flanges, valves, etc.) or other types of metallic installations, in which the temperature does not exceed 50º C. The material composition, refined mineral oil, hydrocarbon thickeners and enhanced adhesive components that gives a high malleability capacity, and also its cold application, ensure a respectful product towards the environment, obtaining excellent results in the most demanding conditions. Complies EN 12068 Class A 30 if used along with ECOFAT Tape.
ECOFAT
Cold Applied Anti Corrosion Protection
Petrolatum tape for corrosion protection of buried and submerged pipes, piping installations (fittings, bends, tees, flanges, valves, etc.) or other types of metallic installations, in which the temperature does not exceed 50º C. The material composition, synthetic fabric, coated for both sides by petrolatum mastic that gives a high malleability capacity, and also its cold application, ensure a respectful product towards the environment, obtaining excellent results in the most demanding conditions. Complies with EN 12068 Class A 30.
ECOMASTIC
Cold Applied Corrosion Protection
Butyllic Rubber Mastic for corrosion protection of buried and submerged pipes, pipe installations (fittings, bends, tees, flanges, valves, etc.) or other kinds of metallic structures, with an operating temperature that does not exceed 70º C. Composed of butyllic rubber, a blend of synthetic resins, and plasticizers, which affords it a high malleability, and along with its cold application, ensure a respectful product towards the environment, obtaining excellent results in the most demanding conditions. Meets EN 12068 Class C 50 requirements if used along with ECOTAPE Tapes System EN 12068 C50.

ECOTAPE T380-30 is a primerless cold applied tape coating for corrosion / mechanical protection of field joints, fittings and pipes. The adhesive is crucial in its ground performance characteristic coupled with the polyethylene backing. This tape is applied by hand or using a wrapping machine.

It is a cold applied coating system for pipes, based on auto adhesive PE tapes that provides a resistant, lasting and unalterable protection. Our coating systems can be applied on to any pipe whatever the transported fluid (water, gas, oil, etc.), providing a high added value to the installation because it avoids costly repairs. According to the needs of protection and diameter of the pipe, several coating systems configurations can be used by combining the different grades of the tapes with a single (25mm) or double overlap (at 50%).
