GC ROCK CASING WRAP/ ROCK CASING WRAP P
is a composite repair material that includes a mat made of bi- or tri-axial woven high strength fiberglass and a two-component polyester resin. Its primary purpose is to protect factory pipeline isolation (Factory Applied Coating) and the isolation of welded joints on transmission pipelines of all types (Field Joint Coating). The coating made of GC WRAP RC-P material provides the highest quality additional protection for all elements of transmission pipelines that may be exposed to damage from horizontal directional drilling (HDD) operations.

TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT FORM
This document is used to provide information on damage to the pipeline wall. According to the ISO 24817 standard, such damages are divided into:
• wall thinning <80% (type A)
• thinning> 80% or perforation - leakage (type B)
We encourage you to send the completed forms to assess the technical feasibility of the repair.

GC LSK NP
is a universal repair system designed by a team of experienced engineers to permanently remove leaks / vents (liquid and gaseous fuels) for pipes and fittings in a way that enables their further safe operation in conditions of temporary lack of pressure in the pipeline. The system consists of a two-component epoxy mass and an appropriate roll of GC Hydro Wrap composite material - a water-curing urethane resin impregnated in a biaxial fiberglass bandage that protects the repair permanently, creating a high hardness (75 Shore D) protective coating that tightly adheres to pipeline surface. Each kit includes accessories that are necessary to remove vapors and spills. Using the GC LSK WRAP NP repair system, it is possible to remove leaks and leaks on pipelines made of various materials (steel, PVC, copper, PP and others) and also on pipeline connections (socket joints, welds, glued and threaded joints) . The range of pipe diameters in which the GC LSK WRAP NP kits can be used is 10 mm to 250 mm. The diameter of the discharge / leak is 15 mm. The above parameters are the values recommended by the manufacturer. The results of the work performed largely depend on the skills of the repair technician and his training.
GC LSK
is a universal repair system designed by a team of experienced engineers in order to permanently remove leaks / vents (liquid and gaseous fuels) for pipes and fittings in a way that allows their continued safe operation without shutting down the installation. The system consists of a two-component epoxy mass, a specially selected rubber tape, whose task is to keep the epoxy putty in the street / leak, and the appropriate size of a roll of GC Hydro Wrap composite material - a water-curing urethane resin impregnated in a biaxial glass fiber bandage that permanently protects the repair by creating high hardness (75 Shore D) protective coating that tightly adheres to the surface of the pipeline. Each kit includes accessories that are necessary to remove vapors and spills. Using the GC LSK WRAP repair system, it is possible to remove leaks on pipelines made of various materials (steel, PVC, copper, PP and others) and also on pipeline connections (socket joints, welds, glued and threaded joints). The range of pipe diameters in which the GC LSK WRAP kits can be used is 10 mm to 250 mm. The maximum operating pressure while cleaning a leak is 10 bar. The outlet diameter is 5 mm. The above parameters are the values recommended by the manufacturer. The results of the work performed largely depend on the skills of the repair technician and his training.
GC CARBONWRAP
is a high-tech composite solution for restoring the original design specification of damaged transfer pipelines or pressurized vessels. Each repair is carried out using the engineering standards ASME PCC2 or ISO TS 24817 - international technical standards for high-risk repairs that are performed with composite materials. Gascontrol’s engineers have the FEA (finite element analysis) technology for both damaged pipeline installations and the GC CARBON WRAP composite repair system. The technology allows to strengthen the pipes in axial and circumferential directions, and also ensures even distribution of loads over the entire section of the pipeline or pressure vessel to be repaired. GC CARBON WRAP composite systems are designed to operate at operating temperatures from -50 ° C to +230 ° C with no pressure restrictions. Our composite systems can be applied by hand lamination, also on piping systems while they are in operation, without having to shut down for repair. GC CARBON WRAP is compatible with all pipe sizes and shapes, most substrates, and almost any piping configuration including tanks, flanges, fittings and more.
GC HYDROWRAP
is a system designed to strengthen pipes in a way that allows their further operation at the maximum allowable working pressure (MAOP) without shutting down the system. The system consists of a water-curing urethane resin impregnated with a biaxial glass fiber, thoroughly tested by an independent university and an international laboratory. The first component and the most unique part of the GC HYDRO WRAP system is a selected biaxial fiberglass material that provides circumferential and axial reinforcement and is one of the strongest non-metal repair materials on the market. The second element gives the system a bonding force. It is an impregnating urethane resin, which enables even load distribution over the entire repair section. In the case of repairs requiring surface modification (e.g. with extensive pits or irregular shapes), additional elements can be used - a primer and epoxy filler with high elasticity. These elements form a composite system stronger than steel. Structural repair creates a pipe around the pipe and each successive layer wound increases the pressure resistance in the pipeline. High technical parameters and compliance of the repair with ISO TS 24817 and ASME PCC-2 standards ensure a long service life - up to 50 years.
